01. Initiating a Claim
If our active combination does not yield the custom metabolic benchmarks you expected, you have the option to file for a full compensation return inside 60 days of purchase. To coordinate the process, please send a message to our specialist team via the service hub or the main direct communication panels.
02. Eligibility Criteria
Applications for refund distribution must be formally logged within the fixed 60-day timeframe from the transaction log.
Buyers are asked to return all physical product jars, whether full or depleted, back to our centralized supply house.
Be aware that processing surcharges and original package routing rates cannot be recovered and are excluded from the reverse invoice.
All finalized funds will be routed strictly back to the designated bank card or account used for the initial transaction execution.
03. Settlement Window
Once your standard return shipment is logged and verified at our warehouse facility, we will immediately authorize your refund request. Depending on your credit card issuer or banking network regulations, it may take roughly 5 to 10 working days for the adjustment to be updated on your active summary statement.
